REGISTER TODAY for Healthy Kids Day

Healthy Kids Day, on Saturday, April 20 from 11 AM - 1 PM, is a national initiative focused on improving the health and well-being of kids and families. Celebrated yearly, Ys across the country host community-facing events that teach healthy habits, encourage active play, and inspire a lifetime love of physical activity. Healthy Kids Day is a no-fee event and is open to the community. Register today to enter a raffle to win one of two prizes: youth boys bike or youth girls bike (ages 6-9).

April is Child Abuse Prevention Month

As part of our commitment to protecting the children in our community, we are participating in the Five Days of Action - a week-long campaign to increase awareness of child sexual abuse and empower and equip us all to prevent it. Join Five Days of Action to help prevent child sexual abuse, April 15 - 19. By participating in this important campaign and implementing abuse prevention practices year-round, the Madison Area YMCA continues to commit to the safety of all children in our community; all day, every day.

KIRBY CENTER CAPITAL CAMPAIGN

Every day we have to say "no" to someone. Capacity at the Kirby Center has been full with a waiting list for nearly two years. We are pleased to be taking action to meet the growing need for child care in our area. Together, we can expand our space and build a better, brighter tomorrow for our children, but it will take the community to help make our vision a reality.
